Virtual Parent/Teacher Conferences

Hill-Freedman’s International Baccalaureate program is going through a very important evaluation year.  This process is important because it requires us to reflect on ways to improve our program and engage parents, student, and teachers in reflecting on our growth as a school.  Your perceptions and views are important to us and give us valuable information about our program.

Please take a moment to help us by completing this short survey below.  It will take no more than three minutes.

Please fill out the Parent Title 1 – Parent Engagement Survey Found here. Your feedback is important to us.

Hill-Freedman will be holding parent/teacher conferences virtually, using Zoom.  Parents must register for an appointment with any teacher they would like to have a conference with.

Step 1: Click the link next to a teacher’s name to find their appointment page.  Sign up for a conference time on the appointment page.

Step 2: Once you sign up, you will receive an email with the time you’ve signed up for, and the Zoom link for the meeting.  If you can’t find it, return to the teacher’s appointment page and find the link under “location.”  See below:

Step 3: To enter the meeting, make sure you click on the link at the beginning of your conference slot.  If you are early, you will be placed into a waiting room, and the teacher will admit you at the beginning of your conference time.

Step 4: Access your student’s report card.
